About

Hello and welcome to my blog!

I’m a Principal Technical Success Manager based in the UK with over 20 years of experience across IT, spanning support, infrastructure, virtualisation, networking, automation, cyber security and Zero Trust. I enjoy solving complex technical problems, learning new technologies and helping customers turn technical challenges into practical solutions.

Technology has always been both my career and a genuine interest, which is why I use this site to share what I’ve learned, document projects and hopefully help others along the way.

Outside of work, one of my more recent obsessions is collecting retro consoles, particularly classic Sega and Nintendo systems. You can see some of the collection, along with other interests and projects, on my Instagram account.

I enjoy helping people, so feel free to get in touch.

I use the following training providers and methods to keep abreast of technology:
